Placing an Order

It is very easy to buy from our shop. Browse through the site to the shop pages and select the items you are interested in/ would like to buy. You can click the thumbsize photo to see a larger photo of the design. Be sure to select the quantity, size, and colour of the item  you prefer, and click 'Add to cart' to add the item to your shopping cart. You can check the goods you have selected before proceeding with your purchase, by clicking 'View Cart' and  then delete or add items. To delete an item click 'remove'  tick box, and then click  'update cart '. You can return to the shop pages by 'continue shopping'and look at/ add new items.When you are ready to make a purchase click ' Proceed to Checkout' and the transaction process will begin with Paypal. After purchasing your item you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment Details and Security

All prices are shown on the website in UK pounds(GBP) .We take care to offer a safe and secure way for you to buy goods. Scenerylondon is committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.

Payment can be made using Paypal. Paypal is a fast,easy and reliable way for you to transfer payment. Credit and debit cards are accepted. Paypal uses very secure technology to process the transaction. Payment is taken as soon as you place your order and will be debited from your account before the goods are dispatched to you. Paypal will issue you with an electronic transaction which will be sent to you to the email address you provide. Scenerylondon does not hold your credit or debit card details as all card datais processed securely by Paypal.We do not handle your credit card details nor share any of your details with anybody else.

 Cheques and Postal Orders

We also accept cheques and postal orders.Email us to place your order,giving the item quantity, design name,colour, style, size of item,before you send the cheque/postal order. Include the packing and postage costs in your payment.The item you have ordered will be despatched as soon as payment is received / cheque has been received by us, and cleared by the bank/ the postal order has been cashed. Please allow for the delay in the ordering process, if you opt for this type of payment. Information we require to process your order

Your name, postal address for delivery, and email address,to process your order efficiently.None of these details will be shared with anybody else.

Delivery

Delivery  to UK customers only,postage and packaging is stated in the total price given on the order. We will take care packing and posting your goods safely and securely. Orders will be sent Recorded Delivery, to ensure that you receive them safely.We will obtain a proof of posting certficate. Be aware that you will have to be at the postal address to sign for the goods on delivery, or if you are not there when it arrives, arrange for someone to be there to sign, or to collect from the local postal depot.

We aim to get your order out to you  asap,within 3 working days ,however if an item is temporarily out of stock, or at busy times of year, please allow a maximum 30 days. We will email you asap. if there is any delay.

Back Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you. If you still want to go ahead with the order, we can back order the item for you.Let us know by email.

Availability 

All goods are subject to availability and goods on the website may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative of the same value or given a full refund. Scenerylondon will contact you by email, to arrange this within 3 working days.

Cancelling An Order

Within 7 working days of receiving the goods. You must inform us in writing by email or letter. Please read the information below - Returns.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However if it is not right for you ie: size or colour, we will be happy to exchange it for you. You can return the item to us, within 14 days of receipt, providing we receive it safely, and it is in its original unworn condition, folded and in saleable condition, with tags attached. An exchange can be made for you for the goods, for an item of the same value, or a full refund for the item will be made. Unfortunately we cannot exchange/ refund the item after 14 days of posting the item out to you, or if the item has been stained by make-up,deodorant,perfumes etc. whilst being tried on, or damaged by you after receipt. Send us an email within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us if you wish to make an exchange so the order can be re processed in plenty of  time. The packaging and  goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We can only make an exchange when we have received the returned goods safely. We recommend that you take care re- packaging and posting the goods,sending them back using Recorded Delivery and obtaining a proof of posting certificate.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We take care to send out your goods safely and securely, however In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email. State the order no., date of order, name and contact details, we will do all we can to resolve the problem. If the item has not been delivered please allow 7 working days from the date of the order . If it still has not arrived -contact us.. If the goods arrive and are damaged -please email us within 7 days of receiving the goods and we will arrange an exchange/refund of the cost of the goods and p+p to you, once they have been returned to us and have been checked.
